IT'S TIME FOR HEALTHY BREAKFAST!!!

No one cares what we eat for breakfast unless it's something special, So start your day with healthy breakfast food.

People who begin thier day with healthy breakfast are able to loss thier weight more than who do not...

Here are few break fast food which really bring changes in your body.

1.OATS.. oat meal with fruit- contains a lot of minerals, fiber etc.

2. Green tea helps in keeping the body hydrated

3. Vegetable Omlet "omlet with vegetables" contains carbohydrates plus protiens.
