My Health Journey
I suffered from chronic gastritis, acidity, lower back pain, neck, Elbows, shoulder, knees, calf, ankles pain and body stiffness, higher Mental Stress from 3 years.

Despite trying various treatments, 2 Endoscopy, 1 colonoscopy, antacids for 6 months, painkillers + supplements for 8 months, Costly most dietician - but was in vain & my condition worsened.
