Why We Practice Camel Pose (Ustrasana) ✨

Camel Pose is more than just a deep backbend — it’s a heart-opening practice that invites both strength and vulnerability.

As we lift our chest and open our heart space, we release the tension that often builds up from stress, slouching, and emotional heaviness. It helps improve posture, strengthens the spine, and stretches the entire front body — from the chest and abdomen to the thighs.
