With your teeth, it is not always at your best interest if your dentist provides you with every treatment you ask for and for it to be done in any way you want it.

It is at times better if your dentist tells no to the way you want your treatment and guides you in the correct way, here are some examples

1. If you want orthodontic treatment to be done in 4-6 months because either you or someone in your family is getting married and you want a braces free smile

2. If your orthodontist says no to extractions and you still insist on it, thinking it will give you better results

3. Your orthodontist asks you to get extractions done and you want to avoid it because you feel it will take a longer duration or will be painful

4. Your orthodontist denies Aligner treatment as it is a case which can be dealt better with metallic braces
