Hello everyone i am Rajat Paul today i want talk you about for (Sukhasan)🙏🙏🙏
Sukhasan easy pose is a simple cross leg
Sitting asana in hatha yoga sometimes
Used for meditation
Sukh = feeling of joy Nd happiness
Asana = posture or comfortable seat
to practice
1=Bend the left leg and place the left foot beneath right thigh.
2=Similarly, bend the right leg and place the right foot beneath left thigh.
3=Rest the outer edge of your feet on the floor.Adjust the body and legs to get comfortable in the pose.
4=The head, neck and spine must be one line place the palms on the knees or thigh
5=keep the shoulder relaxed and elbows a bit bent.Close your eyes and relax the whole body,
Keeping the spine straight might be tough in the beginning as most of us are habitual of sitting with our spine supported (while studying, while driving, in the office, while watching TV etc).
Benefits
Gradually strengthens muscles of the back and improves body posture.Being a meditative pose it has relaxing effects on mind and body.Builds physical and mental balance.Creates flexibility in ankle, knee and hip joints.Improves concentration for achieving an effective meditation practice.
