For the very first time ever, July 20th is now officially World Cleft Awareness Day — thanks to Smile Train! This is a huge moment. A day to celebrate the strength of every child, every parent, and every medical hero in the cleft community and to raise global awareness for something so close to our hearts.



We know how life-changing cleft surgery and care can be — and now, we have a day dedicated to amplifying those stories, their cleft journey and educating more people about cleft lip and palate.
