Inhalers are safe and more effective than oral medications most of the time

ইনহেলার নেশার বস্তু নয়, এটি সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ এবং এটির ব্যবহার অভ্যাসে পরিণত হয় না। রোগী সুস্থ বোধ করেন বলেই এটি বারবার ব্যবহার করেন । ইনহেলার সম্পর্কে ভ্রান্ত ধারণায় কান দেবেন না, গুজব ছড়াবেন না ।

1.Use valved spacers , স্পেসার ব্যবহার করুন ।

2.Rinse mouth with plain water after using inhalers, প্রতিবার ইনহেলার নেওয়ার পর জল দিয়ে কুলকুচি করে মুখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন ।

3. Tidal breathing technique. টাইডাল ব্রীদিং পদ্ধতিতে বয়স্ক মানুষরাও সহজে ইনহেলার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন ।
