SPINACH CHAPATI

Today we make palak chapati with fresh curd....
First you take fresh leaves of spinach . After washing , roughly cut into pieces and add little bit of jeera powder ...black paper powder. ..salt and lemon juice as per taste ...make with atta a soft dow. .add some desi ghee, if you like. ...then make a roti and serve it with dahi. ..

It s very good source of iron... vit c can helps to absorb the iron in your body and dahi helps to regulate your fresh ness and make gut healthy. ..

It is very tasty and also beneficial for our health. ..

At present our country is transformed into a diabetic country...Most of the people are facing this type of life style disorder....

We faces many difficulties in our daily life. ..working people are most facing those difficulties. ..
Our life becomes much more hectic than before. ..we have no time to get proper healthy breakfast to dinner menus. ..Rather we buying those cheap unhealthy food from outside. ..

We have some responsibility to take care our self. ..it is very important. ..now a days it is generating many problems as we are not eating rightly. ..get stressed up or our body type is obese condition naturally as we are taking all time those oily un healthy food ...

So stop this. ..

We can make those food in our home safely according to our specific calorie management. ....

In diabetic conditions patients should conscious about him/ her all day long eating habits. ...what they are adding in their whole day menu. ..

All time we have to eat low glycemic index foods. ....

Pls noted that point we should not eat foods muchly at a time. ..rather we should eat food healthy at a certain time gap. ....

Pls ignore the sugar and honey myths. ..that sugar is not beneficial than honey. ..
In disbetic conditions if you need sugar cravings then you can take little amount of sweet food. ..

In diabetes mellitus pls don't restricted carbohydrates portion in your diet. ..carbohydrate is an good source of instant energy. ...

Complex carbohydrate like Rolled oats are much preferred in diabetic conditions. ..

Don't get silly diet chart for maintaining diabetic conditions from silly people or quack dietitian. ..
Pls get optimum and appropriate diet chart from diet experts. ..and diabetis certified educator. ...

Eats more vegetables ....fruits like Raw Guava...Green apple. ...water melon...Ripe papaya. ..Avocado. ...etc. ....

Eat protein as much you like. ....

Egg plays a vital role in diabetic conditions. ...its reduces blood sugar level instantly....as it is known Reference protein.....

Eat more water about 3 to 4 lit per day. ...according to their body type and composition. ...

So ....Maintenance is the best key to cure or keep healthy range in diabetes. ..

Todays Topic is Lime water

We are hearing that Lemon water helps to maintain weight loss and boost digestion...but we don't know how to prepare properly ...

We all doing that every morning...we cut lemon pieces freshly and then boiled in a water. ..but we dont know that lemon which contains vit C totally destroyed in heat zone. ..
We get nothing ultimately. ..
We waste our time. ..

Rather we take 1 glass of luke warm water or get black tea in addition with squeezing lemon its good than before alternative. ..

So choice best as you can...dont hear and trust the myths. ..only trust nutritional management. ..
