60 વર્ષ ના દર્દી ને ઘૂંટણ માં ઘસારો થવાથી ચાલવામાં ખૂબ જ તકલીફ હતી. જેમને Total Knee Replacement કરવાથી દુખાવામાં રાહત મળી. 2 મહિના પછી દર્દી ઘૂંટણ ના સાંધા ની બધી જ મૂવમેન્ટ બિલકુલ દુખાવા વિના કરી શકતા થયા અને પહેલા ની જેમ પલાઠી વાળી ને બેસી શકતા થયા.

32 year male patient with h/o Road traffic accident before 3 months.

Initially treated with distraction external fixator for "COMPOUND PROXIMAL TIBIA FRACTURE LEFT SIDE (SCHATZKER TYPE VI) " with developing compartment syndrome.
with aggressive treatment swelling reduced n wound was healthy after 12 days of trauma.

On 13th day of trauma index surgery was done with titanium dual plating for proximal tibia(anterolateral n posteromedial approaches).

At the end of 3 months patient is walking without support with full range of motion of knee joint.

Hemireplacement arthroplasty done with cemented Bipolar prosthesis.

Pt can walk on 2nd post operative day of surgery.
