🧘‍♀️ 5 Tattva Mudra – Balance Your Body & Mind with Pancha Mahabhuta 🌿

1️⃣ Agni Mudra (Fire Element) 🔥
👉 Banane ka tarika: Angootha anamika ki jadh par dabaiye.
✅ Benefit: Improves metabolism, supports weight loss, enhances digestion, removes excess cold.

2️⃣ Vayu Mudra (Air Element) 🌬️
👉 Banane ka tarika: Tarjani ko anguthe ke neeche dabaiye.
✅ Benefit: Relieves joint pain, reduces gas & vata imbalance, balances nervous system.

3️⃣ Aakash Mudra (Space Element) 🌌
👉 Banane ka tarika: Madhyama ko anguthe se milaiye.
