Department of Psychiatry in collaboration with DMHP Karbi Anglong organized the World Su***de Prevention Day at Diphu Medical College. The programme started with welcome speech by Dr Prosenjit Ghosh, followed by an awareness lecture by Dr Ankur Bhattacharjee. The MBBS students participated in large numbers in the slogan writing competition. Then we had a panel discussion involving the MBBS students moderated by Dr Swadesh Mandal.The anchor for today's programme was Dr Meghna Kemprai.
The vote of thanks was given by Dr Biplab Konwar.
The programme was hugely successful because of the active participation of students and faculty members of Diphu Medical College.
