But the most important of all is to seek good health from Lord Dhanwantari who is Adidaiva of Medical knowledge in world and the Father of Ayurveda. Dhanwantari trayodashi is the incarnation tithi of Lord Dhanwantari out of Samudra manthan who is the form of Vishnu Bhagwan who shared the nectar of knowledge of Health & Immortality to the world.

This 9th Ayurveda Day may give you more awareness on Ayurveda and encourage you to embrace health holistically. Because there are innumerable diseases which can satisfactorily and desirably managed by natural healing that is possible only through principles of Ayurveda.

Like Yoga our Ayurveda is also being accepted worldwide and it's a proud moment for every Indian.
