Patient reported with pain in Anterior tooth due to fracture of anterior tooth. RVG was taken to see the extents of fracture which involve pulp. RCT was done on right maxillary lateral incisor.After completion of root canal treatment. Post is placed in the right maxillary lateral incisor the purpose of a post is to retain a core that is neededbecause of extensive loss of coronal tooth structure. A post strengthens the tooth against horizontal fracture. Crown is placed to make it beautiful aesthetically .

Patient reported with pain in the upper front tooth region of Oral cavity due to fracture of tooth while playing in school. Dental x-ray was taken to check the status of tooth . Fracture was involving pulp to which Root Canal Treatment (RCT) was performed to save the remaining tooth structure after that Crown was placed to bring back his lovely smile.

Patient reported with a complain of spacing in front tooth region 5 months ago. On examination it found due to thick frenum attachment resulted in Midline Diastima of Anterior tooth( gap between two front tooth ) . Frenectomy was done to remove the thick frenum attachment of upper lips. Healing usually takes a week time .After healing Orthodontic procedure was started for closure of Midline Diastima. within 4 months Diastima closure is completed.
