A small story :

It’s hardly you come across someone so sweet. Saraswati aunty came to me last year with a history of long standing and ill fitting , also rejections from multiple in for fixed teeth. Her ward stays in Bangalore so with hope she went there, but she wasn’t accepted for implant quoting poor bone height but she was clear that she didn’t want to go for an extensive procedure like . She told all her concerns and we went ahead with “All on 4” with implants. After 3 months of treatment completion she came to say she was very happy with the teeth and she’s eating everything so i said “Aunty, let’s click a selfie” .
