These touching words were spoken by a sweet little girl who has been my patient for quite some time. On her last visit today, she handed me a bright bouquet, her eyes brimming with tears and gratitude. 🌷

As doctors, we live for moments such as these. Life and death remain unpredictable, and while we always give our 100% to save lives, it is a painful truth that we cannot save everyone. Yet, these small gestures remind us why we must continue to try harder each day—with humility, compassion, and renewed strength. ❤️
