This case study presents a young male patient who experienced complete lower limb immobility for over three months due to a spinal tumor. Having been denied surgical intervention at multiple medical facilities across states due to high operative risk, the patient sought consultation with Dr. Surendra Gupta. Successful outcome for our 40-year-old patient who presented with progressive difficulty walking and lower body weakness.
Detailed investigation revealed a dorsal spine tumor compressing the spinal cord. Following meticulous surgical planning, we performed tumor excision with excellent results.

A 22-year-old male patient presented to our OPD with complaints of severe headache and ear discharge. After thorough diagnostic investigation, we discovered an abscess pocket in his brain.
Given the critical nature of the condition, we planned for immediate surgical intervention. The operation was performed successfully and went smoothly without complications.

We are pleased to share that the patient is recovering well post-surgery and is in stable condition.
