Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 green apples (Granny Smith works great – they add tartness and fiber)
2 cucumbers (hydrating and cooling for the body)
4 stalks of celery (rich in antioxidants and great for digestion)
2 handfuls of spinach (a powerhouse of nutrients and anti-inflammatory compounds)
1 lemon (boosts vitamin C and detoxifying properties)
1 k**b of fresh ginger (about 1 to 2 inches – helps reduce inflammation and soothe digestion)
