Surprising how in day to day practice,I do find quite a few people literally obsessed with measuring Blood pressure now and then..though vitals monitoring is important to check on the status of our health..however,it does not always mean you have a serious issue!😇
Mild differences or variations in normal parameters are also normal. Unless,some persistent abnormal results are present or patient is suffering from some symptoms that indicate health issues,it is not necessary to be overconcerned with your PULSE and BP measurement.🙌🏻
That said,sharing here some common causes of temporary BP spikes…ANXIETY and STRESS being the most common. Do maintain a proper sleep routine and balanced diet, proper lifestyle management and stress will be at bay! Do consult a Psychiatrist if stress/anxiety takes a toll on health or makes you over anxious about small things. There is always treatment available 👍.
