June 21 – A day to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
As a doctor and pathologist, I witness every day how stress, lifestyle, and inflammation silently affect our health — often before symptoms even appear in blood reports.
Yoga isn’t just about flexibility of the body — it’s about resilience of the mind, balance in breath, and harmony within.
It strengthens immunity, regulates hormones, improves blood flow, and most importantly, brings peace in an overstimulated world.
🩺 From a pathology lens — yoga improves parameters we can’t always measure:
🌿 Calm cortisol
💓 Stable heart
🫁 Deep breath
🧠 Quiet mind
Let’s commit to just 20 minutes a day — for our health, our sanity, and our soul.
