Sharpening the Mind, One Breath at a Time 🧠✨
We recently conducted a special session focused on improving focus and memory, designed especially for our young Dwijians.
The session included a carefully crafted sequence of kriyas and pranayamas, followed by the powerful practice of Trataka.
It was truly encouraging to see the children practice with such sincerity—and even more inspiring to hear them report immediate improvement in focus, clarity, and grasping of concepts.
At Dwij Yoga, we believe that yogic tools, when introduced early, can make a lasting difference in learning, awareness, and overall wellbeing.
Training the mind is as important as training the body. 🌿
