The skin around the eyes is the thinnest and most delicate on your face. While using moisturizer cream in winter is crucial to keep skin hydrated and protected, certain creams on your eyelids can cause irritation, block pores and oil-producing meibomian glands, a cause of dry eye syndrome. Hence, check the product instructions before use, apply the cream with least amount of pressure, avoid rubbing and do not let the eye cream get too close to your eye, especially your lower lash line.
