Hello all, this is very very important to know that what should we do if our Permanent tooth came out, due to any trauma.
1. Please try to find the tooth as early as possible.
2. Then you can hold that tooth from crown portion only, please Do not Touch the root portion of the tooth.
3. If you can, Gently place the tooth under clean running water, then do it that to without touching the root portion of the tooth, just to remove debris from the tooth.
4. You can put the tooth in, Milk, Coconut water or patient's own Saliva to take tooth to Dentist.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REACH TO DENTIST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

LESSER THE TIME WASTED MORE ARE THE CHANCES OF TOOTH SURVIVAL.

Please do not get your tooth removed, one should try to the last to safe our precious gem in our mouth. If it is hurting you get it treated from an good Endodontist (Root Canal Specialist). If you remove one gem you are going to disturb the whole harmony which may cost you more.

Poor oral hygiene i.e we are not brushing our teeth properly.. poor oral hygiene will result to accumulation of calculus around our tooth especially the areas where near the salivary ducts in the mouth i.e inside of lower front tooth, lower back tooth, outer surface of upper back tooth..
We can not remove with tooth brush, or any other agents, we should get it removed by an professional either an dentist or an hygienist..
If we try to remove it with tooth brush we will end up destroying healthy tooth structure..
