Synopsis –
Muscles operate across functionally integrated body wide continuities. Strains, tensions, fixations and compensation at one segment of the postural chain will have implications across a number of other segments. Malalignments of Pelvis and scapula is present in a majority of population, resulting in problems like low back ache, plantar fasciitis, shoulder impingements, headaches etc. The objective of this workshop is to integrate knowledge of muscle mechanics, myokinetic chains, MET and Joint mobilization in correcting pelvic, spine and scapular Malalignments.
