🌟 Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods to support their immune system and development.

Mother:
🌟 Regular perineal massage can help make the area more supple, reducing the risk of tearing during delivery.

Lifestyle:
✅ Avoid high-impact activities or heavy lifting.
✅ Focus on relaxation techniques and ensure proper hydration.

Prenatal Yoga: Revolved Head-of-the-Knee Pose
▪️ How to Do:
➡️Sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other leg bent, placing the foot near the inner thigh of the extended leg.
➡️Inhale, lengthen your spine.
➡️Exhale, twist your torso towards the extended leg.
➡️Reach the opposite arm over your head towards the extended foot, keeping the chest open.
➡️Use a block or cushion for support if needed.

▪️ Hold: Stay in the pose for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply, then switch sides.

▪️ Benefits:
🌿 Relieves back and side tension.
🌿 Improves flexibility in the spine, hamstrings, and side body.
🌿 Enhances circulation, promoting blood flow and easing lower body discomfort.
🌿 Supports breathing by opening the chest for better lung capacity.

Your little one is now about the size of a pear 🍐, weighing approximately 140 grams! At this stage, your baby's hearing is developing, their body is getting stronger, and their skeleton is beginning to harden. You are both growing beautifully!

You may notice your heart working twice as hard as usual – it’s completely normal! Be sure to include vitamin D-rich foods like eggs, salmon, and fortified milk in your diet to support both you and your baby. And don’t forget, sunlight is also a great source of vitamin D.

Dos:
🍳 Eggs: Add them to your meals for a boost of vitamin D.
🐟 Fatty Fish: Opt for salmon to support your baby’s development.
🥛 Fortified Milk: Whether it's cow’s milk or plant-based, fortification makes it a valuable source of nutrients.
🌞 Sunlight: A little sunshine goes a long way!

Don’ts:
🚫 Avoid lying flat on your back for long periods. It’s better to sleep on your side for your comfort and safety.

Tip:
Consider getting a maternity pillow to support your changing body during sleep. You'll feel more rested and comfortable as you continue on your pregnancy journey.

Yoga:
🧘‍♀️ Full Butterfly Pose (Poorna Titali Asana): A gentle pose that improves hip flexibility, relieves tension, and promotes relaxation. Practice for 1-2 minutes, allowing your breath to guide you as you nurture your body.
