A hot beverage to cool off!

Yes.
A hot beverage to cool off is a shocking thing, but a true thing. However there is a catch.
A study has shown hot beverages work to cool off when the weather is hot and dry. Not humid.
The idea behind this logic is that hot beverage increases the heat of the body and causes to sweat, which by evaporation keeps us cool. However, if the weather is humid, the excess sweat will just result in irritation and soggy clothes.
So, if you are living in a dry and hot climate, try hot beverages to cool yourself.
