Suffering often comes from seeing a problem the wrong way, but with simple steps, we can change our perspective and reduce stress.

1. Reflect on the situation to find the root cause: Note down 5-6 key points to focus on.
2. Work in a group: Take help from friends or colleagues to get new ideas.
3. Stay calm in difficult situations: Practice breathing exercises for 5-10 cycles.
4. Practice a simple meditation daily: Set aside 15-20 minutes for it.
5. Use the law of karma: Help others solve their problems. Give 1-2 hours per week.

Start applying these tips today, and don’t forget to share them with others who might benefit!

Helping others is a great way to make a difference in the world.

When we serve others, we learn new things and become a better person.

Serving makes our heart feel happy and helps us to connect with people.

It also helps us to improve our skills, which can bring success in life.

By giving our time and effort, we grow stronger in our mind, spirit, and even our finances.

Sometimes the truth about ourselves can be hard to accept, especially when it points out areas where we need to grow.

Being humble means seeing ourselves clearly, without pretending to be perfect or feeling ashamed of our flaws.

We need to understand both our strengths—what we’re good at—and our weaknesses—where we can improve.

It’s also important to know the good things about us, like our kindness or honesty, and the things we need to work on, like bad habits or negative attitudes.

When we see ourselves as we truly are, it helps us grow into better, stronger, and more balanced people.

Being patient and tolerant means giving people the time and space to be themselves without judging them.

Everyone has their own unique ways, ideas, and experiences that shape who they are.

Accepting people as they are means understanding that nobody is perfect, including ourselves.

It’s important to remember that we can’t change others, but we can choose to treat them with kindness and respect.

By being patient, we allow for better connections and happier relationships in our lives.

It’s important to be honest! When we lie to someone, we change the way they see things.

This makes it hard for them to understand the truth because we have confused their thoughts.

Over time, this habit can also affect how we see things. Our mind can become unclear, making it harder to tell right from wrong.

This is because when we trick others, we are also tricking ourself.

In the end, the confusion we create for others comes back to us, making our own thinking unclear.

Living a balanced life means paying attention to both our material needs and our spiritual growth.

Material things like work, money, and possessions are important for our daily lives, but they shouldn't take up all our focus.

On the other hand, spiritual development—like finding peace, purpose, and inner happiness—is just as important.

If we focus too much on material things, we might feel empty inside, but if we ignore them completely, life can become stressful.

True balance is about giving time and energy to both areas so we can live a fulfilling and peaceful life.... Golden Lotus Sutras, Master Choa Kok Sui

Moderation means finding the right balance in how we do things, but that balance is different for everyone.

What feels like a healthy amount of work, food, or screen time for one person might feel too much or too little for someone else.

This is because we all have different needs, strengths, and limits.

To live in moderation, we need to understand ourself—what works for us and what doesn't.

Moderation is personal and requires thoughtful choices that match our own life.

Meditating or driving a car; both need us to follow some simple rules to have a good experience.

Just like we need to sit comfortably in our car seat, we must find a cozy spot to sit for meditation.

In driving, we need to focus on the road ahead; in meditation, we focus on our breathing or a calming thought.

Just as we need to ignore distractions on the road, we try to ignore wandering thoughts and gently bring our mind back to focus.

And just like we need to practice driving to get better, regular practice of meditation helps us improve over time.

Following these simple instructions, we will find meditation much easier and more beneficial!

Devshayani Ekadashi, also called Ashadi Ekadashi, holds huge spiritual significance. This day denotes the start of the Chaturmas during which Lord Vishnu is believed to enter deep sleep and wake up at the time of Diwali.

Ekadashi means we should control our 10 senses & 1 mind. One must not let vicious thoughts regarding lust, anger avarice, etc. enter in mind. Ekadashi is a penance that might be done to realize self and connection with the divine energies .
