Chief Complaints:
- Pain in abdomen
- Frothy and mucoid stool
- Weakness
- Laziness
- Acidity
Associated Complaints:
- Ringworm on gluteal region
Investigation:
- USG Abdomen: Mild non-specific inflammatory pathology involving long segment of distal/terminal ileum and caecum
Repertorization:
- Rubrics:
- Stool - Frothy
- Extremities - Eruptions - Nates
- Abdomen - Inflammation - Colon
- Skin - Eruptions - Ringworm
Treatment:
- Natrum Mur 0/1 TID for 2 weeks.
Follow-up:
- Significant relief in abdominal pain
- Significant improvement in ringworm symptoms.
