Today, we are filled with pride and gratitude as we celebrate 5 years of *Arogya Sakhi* — a movement born from compassion, shaped by purpose, and driven by the belief that menstruation is not a taboo, but a truth that deserves dignity.
*Since our founding in August 2020 by* *Mrs. Parmila Devi,* later joined by her brother Mr. *Parveen Kashyap,* *Arogya Sakhi* has grown from a grassroots initiative into a nationwide force for menstrual health awareness and change. What started with a dream has now resulted in the production of *2.75 million+ plastic-free* sanitary napkins — helping women manage their periods with health, comfort, and pride.

With each purchase, you not only support sustainable menstrual hygiene, but you also extend a hand to a woman in need. A part of our earnings goes directly toward distributing safe, healthy menstrual products to underprivileged communities across rural India.
In a country where only *18%* of women use sanitary napkins, and where menstrual myths still cloud understanding, we at *Arogya Sakhi* have made it our mission to change the narrative. We strive to replace silence with knowledge, shame with confidence, and black plastic bags with proudly held period products.
Our Menstrual Awareness Programs, conducted monthly in partnership with *NGOs* and *Self-Help Groups* (SHGs), have empowered thousands of women and girls with accurate information and access to essential resources.
