Whether you are a billionaire or a common man, we need food for the survival. Food is now a billion dollar industry with new restaurants opening every second. It has become an identity for a particular area, for example, if you go to west Bengal, you know that people eat fish there whether or not you know the people there or not. Earlier there were only 2-3 food shows on TV in between serials, now we have channels dedicated to food whose sole purpose is to provide world class recipes to us and make our cooking experience more amazing. Food has brought the world closer. People of India are having Italian pizza and pasta while Italians are having Indian curries and this is just only one of the many examples existing in today’s world. Since food industry is on a rise we’ve decided to start a little production of our own. The purpose of starting this production is to reach out the people and tell them about the advancements in the food industry. There will be a separate section where we will highlight some underrated restaurants and food joints and a section for some crazy recipes will be there as well. Periodical interviews with chefs and food critics will be there so that everyone gets to know about the common mistakes that we make while we cook. This will not only helps us grow as a cook but also helps to master the culinary arts.
