Congratulations to Miss. Renuka Rai an Athlete of "FIT- NEST STUDIO SORENG"on her outstanding achievement! Securing a silver medal in the Asian Kick Boxing Championship held at CAMBODIA From 6th - 13th Oct 2024 which is a remarkable feat, especially in the competitive -52kg low kick category. Her dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and it's inspiring to see athletes like her represent our nation with such excellence. We are all proud of her success! 🥈🎉

Power lifting competition , 4th iron man and iron women of sikkim , organised by sikkim state power lifting association: 13th , 14th & 15th sep 2024.

Amongst 2male athletes from the Fit-Nest Studio Soreng who took part on 4th Iron Men & Iron Women Power lifting competition organised by sikkim state power lifting association held at Nar Bahadur Degree College Gangtok, Mr.Kunzang Chodak Gensepa Bhutia who stood 1st , champion of the champions and was able to clinched the title of junior Iron men 2024
where as his lift includes squat: 165kg, bench: 120kg & deadlift : 222.50kg
Mr. Tenkyong Tenzing Tulgo stood 4th place on 74kg catogary on open SBD compitition.

We congratulate both of them for their victories
And good wishes for their for their upcomming event .

I'm very delighted to share that Mr. Ashi s***a has secured 1st position and declared "champion of the champions "
at 6th Mr.sukhim body building competition Junior category,organised by Body building association of sikkim held at Namchi Kissan complex dated 11/8/2024 .
Among 3 athletes who took part in body building and physic competition from the Fit-Nest Studio Soreng namely

Proud Moment for Sikkim: Manita Pradhan Conquers Mt Denali on Seven Summit Quest

Manita Pradhan, a professional mountaineer from Soreng, Sikkim, India, has added another impressive feat to her mountaineering career. On June 23, 2024, Manita and her team began their ascent of Mt Denali at 11:00 AM, triumphantly reaching the summit at 10:30 PM the same day.

This achievement marks another milestone in Manita's ambitious Seven Summit project. She has previously conquered Mt Everest, Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Elbrus, and Mt Aconcagua.

The Seven Summit challenge requires climbers to scale the highest peaks on all seven continents. Manita's recent success on Mt Denali underscores her determination, skill, and dedication to the sport of mountaineering, bringing immense pride to her home state of Sikkim.

Manita Pradhan's perseverance and prowess in mountaineering continue to inspire admiration both locally and globally, solidifying her journey towards completing the Seven Summits.

The "Fit-Nest Studio Soreng" conducted a day long work shop on Power lifting and Awareness on substance Abuse and Alcoholism.

We were honoured to have Mr. Devendra Basnet resource person who is also a general secretary to sikkim state power lifting association , national referee power lifting , with several medals and records for the state after his name ,
We would like to thank him for his proper guidance and motivation on sports nutrition and powerlifting and imparting the importance of youth for construction of a bettet and healthier society.

At the same time we thank Mr. Gowin dhakal AEO Education department ,soreng govt. Of Sikkim ( resource person substance Abuse and Alcoholism) for showcasing us practically with the prop ,,the dark side of the drug, and further motivate the audiences not to indulge their after signifying importance and participation of youths in empowering the state and nation building.... he concluded his speech by the quotes of Swami Vivekananda ... My faith is in the younger generation, the modern generation and out of them will come to my workers. ...
