These safe exercises help:

The Butterfly stretch (Baddha Konasana) can be adapted beautifully through all stages of pregnancy. As your body changes, modifying the posture helps you stay comfortable while still receiving its benefits.

Practiced mindfully, this stretch helps:
✔ Improve pelvic flexibility
✔ Reduce hip and lower back stiffness
✔ Support blood circulation
✔ Encourage relaxation and breath awareness
✔ Prepare the body gradually for labor

Choose the variation that feels safest for your trimester, move slowly, and allow your body to open with ease not force. 🌸

After delivery, a woman’s body goes through many changes — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Healing doesn’t happen in a few weeks; it takes time.
Here are a few important pillars of postpartum recovery:
✨ Rest & Sleep – Your body has done an incredible job. Proper rest helps tissues heal and energy return..
My options for better rest:
1. Yognidra 2 times in a day
2. Nap After bathing
3. Nap while massaging

🥗 Nutritious Diet – Iron, calcium, protein, and hydration are essential to regain strength and support breastfeeding.
My options were:
1. Milk & porraige everyday breakfast
2. Gond ke laddu
3. 8 ltrs warm water in a day
4. Papaya & soaked nuts
5. Regular Multi vitamins

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Movement – Light stretches, breathing exercises, and postpartum yoga help restore core strength, posture, and pelvic health.
My options:
1. Walk after every meal
2. Kegels while breast feeding
3. Gentle Physiotherapy
4. Sukshma vyayam
5. Stated my post natal yoga just after completing my 45 days
6. Complete 6 months rest from house hold chores any work.

💛 Emotional Care – Hormonal shifts can affect mood. Talking, sharing, and seeking support is very important.
My options were
1. Meditation
2. babymoons
3. Ask for help.
4. Keep away your self from negetivity

🤱 Self-Compassion – Your body created life. Give yourself grace while it heals and rebuilds.I never miss my self care regime.
Postpartum recovery is not about “bouncing back”…
It’s about healing, rebuilding, and honoring your body. 🌿
If you are a new mom, remember: slow healing is still healing.
