Hello everyone..sharing an interesting case
40 yr male diabetic,hypertensive male came with malunited fracture tibia with angulation..his day to day activities hampered because of this deformity.. limping while walking gave him severe backache nad radicular pain also ..he came to us for further .....here is how we manage his deformity and gave him a straight leg...and ofcourse relieved it's associated pain also....

Hello everyone.......
Encounter with very unique and tough case at # goswami hospital # # yesterday
A 50 yr old poor man welder by profession came to us with 2 yr old arm fracture.……apparently he has two elbows 😂.....his peers making his laugh to scorn that he has two elbows.... This old fracture was in nonunion....make it a challenging case as it was old fracture and pt age is also unfavorable to unite old fracture...…..we accept the challenge.....we did bone grafting and fracture fixation after freshning of fracture margin.....keeping finger crossed.......
Case was done in आयुष्मान स्कीम
Not a single penny charged.....

Elbow is badly crushed ...with multiple fracture fragments.…. very difficult to get orientation in its natural possition....... Taken in operation theater for osteosynthesis….....
We and patient both were bery lucky to get joints orientation in its natural space....thanks almighty for helping me and my patients for its good results and recovery
