A 50-year-old female, who had been wearing contact lenses for 4 years, presented with blurred vision after receiving a new pair of yearly disposable lenses in August 2024. She reported a habit of sleeping with her lenses in for multiple days and not following proper lens care practices. On slit-lamp examination, deposits were observed on the surface of the lenses, though all other ocular structures were normal. After cleaning the lenses, her vision was restored. The patient was educated on proper contact lens care, including the importance of cleaning, avoiding overnight wear, and adhering to the recommended lens replacement schedule to prevent further issues.
