Digital health record great initiative by state Rajasthan government and Central government mission record linking in hospital entry through abha id and in house pharmacy
Entry of patients at Hospital reception and pharmacy through abha id and promoting patients to upload abha app to have all prescription and health in digital locker app

डिजिटल हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड में विजय कालरा सुपर स्पेशियलिटी अस्पताल ने राज्य सरकार के मिशन के शुरुआती चरण में ही रिकॉर्ड लिंकिंग शुरू कर दी आभा आईडी और इन हाउस फार्मेसी के जरिए अस्पताल में एंट्री रिकॉर्ड लिंकिंग
केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा अस्पतालों को डिजिटल बनाने की शानदार पहल
रिसेप्शन और फार्मेसी में मरीजों की एंट्री आभा आईडी के जरिए होगी और मरीजों को आभा ऐप अपलोड करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा, ताकि सभी प्रिस्क्रिप्शन और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी जानकारी डिजिटल लॉकर ऐप में हो
फायदा –
1. अगर मरीज का रिकॉर्ड खो जाता है, तो डॉक्टर मरीज से ओटीपी के जरिए सहमति लेकर ऐप के जरिए पहुंच सकते हैं
2 मल्टीपल ड्रग्स, एंटीप्लेटलेट और मरीज की पिछली सर्जरी, पेसमेकर, इम्प्लांट इंसर्शन अगर मरीज का रिकॉर्ड खो जाता है या भूल जाता है, तो डॉक्टर ऐप से देख सकते हैं
3 एम्स, पीजीआई और पूरे भारत के दूसरे अस्पतालों में मरीज के पिछले इलाज के इतिहास को ऐप के जरिए पता लगाया जा सकता है
4 अगर डॉक्टर ऐप से पिछले ब्लड रिपोर्ट देख पाते हैं, तो हेल्थ रिकॉर्ड लिंक करने से अनावश्यक जांच से बचा जा सकता है
5 डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर से अस्पताल के प्रिस्क्रिप्शन से डिस्चार्ज कार्ड तक एक मरीज का रिकॉर्ड लिंक होने पर मरीजों और अस्पतालों के लिए काफी मददगार होगा
6 आभा ऐप में स्कैन और शेयर करने की सुविधा, अस्पताल काउंटर पर टोकन जनरेट करने से लंबी कतार से बचा जा सकता है
7. डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य प्रोत्साहन योजना के माध्यम से सरकार अस्पताल, प्रयोगशाला और फार्मेसी को 100 से अधिक रसीद पर 20 रुपये प्रति बिल/रसीद दे रही है। दक्षिण और उत्तर के कुछ अस्पतालों ने पिछले दो वर्षों से ये प्रोत्साहन ले रखे हैं, विस्तृत जानकारी वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।
