I’ll start my diet from January.
And that’s exactly how January regrets are born. 🎄🍰*

Christmas Eve. New Year vibes.
Promises of detox. Skipping meals. Cutting carbs.
Saving calories for night indulgence.

As a nutritionist, I see this pattern every festive season 👇
❌ Not eating all day
❌ Overeating at night
❌ Extreme guilt → extreme rules → extreme cravings

👉 Skipping carbs doesn’t save calories — it steals your mood, sleep & control
