After completion of the mandibular implant supported denture , the patient wanted maxillary implants put. It was a very challenging task for us as the patient had severe bone loss and a thin layer of bone seperating the sinuses, knife edge anterior ridge and a medical history of diabeties. Bilateral sinus lift was preformed while placing 6 implants in the maxilla and successfully the implant supported full mouth rehabilitation was completed. Alhamdulillah.

Patient came with a history of Re-RCT ,pain and paresthesia, on examination of the CBCT , a GP like material seen in the mental nerve region was seen. During surgery the GP was found inside the mental nerve and was removed. Apicoectomy ,Re-Rct with MTA seal at the apex was done.
