Free Mega Health Camp Held at Well Care Medical Institute, Ahmad Nagar

Srinagar, 14th September 2025:
Well Care Medical Institute, Ahmad Nagar, successfully organized a Free Mega Health Camp on Sunday, 14th September 2025, which witnessed an overwhelming response from the public. The camp brought together some of the Valley’s renowned doctors across multiple specialties, offering free consultations to patients.

Dr. Malik Insha Qayoom, Psychiatrist,Dr. Asif, ENT, Head & Neck Surgery,Dr. Mir Aabid, Paediatrician

A large number of people from peripheral areas as well as several districts participated in the camp. Patients expressed gratitude for the opportunity to consult leading specialists without any consultation charges.

In addition to free consultations, the institute extended a 50% discount on in-house diagnostic tests, including blood investigations, endoscopy, colonoscopy, X-ray, ECG, and USG. This initiative helped make essential healthcare services more accessible and affordable for the public.

Dr. Masood ul Hassan, Medical Director of Well Care Medical Institute, said:“Although we have organised various free medical camps previously, organising this type of health camp with specialists and super-specialists is a unique experience. Being a part of the society, it becomes imperative upon us to hold such camps for our local population.”

Well Care Medical Institute and Kashmir Harvard School organize Blood Donation Camp

Kashmir Harvard School(KHS), in collaboration with the Well Care Medical Institute(WMI), successfully organized a blood donation camp at the school premises.

The event aimed to promote the importance of blood donation and contribute to the noble cause of saving lives.
The school bus drivers of KHS enthusiastically participated in the blood donation drive, showcasing their commitment to social responsibility.

WMI provided expert medical professionals to oversee the blood donation process, ensuring the safety and well-being of donors.
The camp also served as a platform to raise awareness about the significance of blood donation, dispel myths, and encourage more people to participate in such initiatives.

Principal, KHS said,"We are proud to have organized this blood donation camp, which not only highlights the importance of giving back to the community but also demonstrates the compassion and empathy of our staff" .

The camp was sponsored by Pharma Essence Mediclinic, Ahmadnagar,90 feet road.JLNM hospital and Amandeep BR Medicity hospital also participated in the camp and collected the transfused blood for their blood bank.

Dr Masood ul Hassan, Medical Director WMI thanked the Principal and Director transport of KHS for volunteering in the event and said, "as a part of our social responsibility the blood donation camp is expected to make a significant contribution to the blood bank, helping patients in need of blood transfusions".
