Wonderful day in OR today.
A poor lady who wanted to get operated at her doorsteps and unwilling to get referred for a pappilary Ca thyroid was operated at DH District Hospital Pulwama by a team led by me with TOTAL THYROIDECTOMY WITH NECK DISSECTION.
It was a satisfying experience to help my people here and try my level best as per guidelines to the utmost benifit of patients.

Microscopic Assisted Total Conservative parotidectomy done in DH Pulwama.
A 48 year old female reported to ENT OPD as swelling in parotid region.
FNAC was pleomorphic adenoma and USG revealed a 1.2 cm *1 cm lesion in deep lobe.
Patient was planned for Total Conservative parotidectomy in view of the location of lesion.
Facial Nlerve was identified with help of operating microscope and branches were retracted with ribbons to reach the deep lobe.
Tumour was enucleated out from deep lobe with subsequent total superficial parotidectomy
