Driven and highly credible with more than 30 years’ worth of professional experience in University Planning, Medical Education, Scientific Research, Healthcare Administration, With over 444 Research publications, has authored a dozen Text Books {Health Policy, Planning, Management, Emergency Medicine, Medical Education, Social Sciences, Literature}, served as Editor of more than a dozen international medical journals and earned 60 Awards for his outstanding contribution to Healthcare, Higher Education and Scientific Research. Spearheaded various graduate and postgraduate courses in a medical university (SKIMS) Srinagar/Qassim University, KSA, viz. Nursing, Technology Courses.
