Rhinoplasty is an art!
Fact 1: While rhinoplasty is often associated with cosmetic changes to improve the appearance of the nose, it can also be performed for medical reasons. Functional rhinoplasty can correct breathing problems, congenital defects, or injuries that affect nasal function.
Fact 2: While there will be some discomfort after the surgery, it is generally manageable with pain medication. Most patients find the discomfort to be tolerable.
Fact 3: In most cases, rhinoplasty incisions are hidden inside the nostrils or along the natural creases of the nose, making them virtually invisible once healed. There is typically no visible scarring on the outside of the nose.
Fact 4: Rhinoplasty results take time to fully develop. While you'll notice improvements shortly after the procedure, it can take several months to a year for the results to become apparent.
