The greatest practice and meditation is "NOW". It leads us to deeper stillness. It has purification effect. It improves discernment n perception. Overall virtues will be develop n strengthen. We will be one with our true nature. Leads true life. That is eternal

Your life governs by an invincible force called Karma (Law of Cause & Effect). Karma influence your thoughts, emotions and actions. Your destiny was designed as a Fate according to your karma. As a Soul nature one can easily understand and able to get free from karma. As a Soul you have great connection with Cosmic Sakthi or with Paramatma. By the great connection or oneness with Paramatma one can easily understand the nature of karma and neutralise the negative karma by the good deeds and services. One can easily decrease negative karmic and Planetary forces and influences by developing the great connection with the Paramatma.
