Aparajitha Dhoopanam during monsoon !!!!

Dhoopana Karma, in Ayurveda, refers to the process of fumigation using aromatic substances, primarily for purification and disease prevention. It's a Rakshoghna Karma, meaning it helps eliminate disease-causing microorganisms and maintain a hygienic environment according to Ayurvedic scriptures. This practice is believed to be effective in preventing and treating various infectious diseases, both internally and externally, by reducing microbial load and promoting a healthy state.

🌧️ Why Monsoon (Karkidakam) is Ideal for Ayurveda Treatments.

1. Body is more Receptive to Healing.

The monsoon climate opens skin pores and softens tissues, enhancing the absorption of herbal oils and medicines. Toxins accumulated in the body are more easily removed.

2. Digestive Fire is Weak.

Agni (digestive fire) is naturally low during this season. Ayurvedic treatments aim to kindle digestion and correct Dosha imbalances (especially Vata and Kapha).

3. Immune System is Low.

Weather changes increase susceptibility to infections, fevers, arthritis flare-ups, and respiratory illnesses. Immunity-boosting treatments are crucial for prevention and long-term wellness.
