What You Need:
- Dates (1 cup, soaked)
- Mixed Nuts (1.5 cups, chopped)
- Coconut Flour (1/4 cup)
- Cardamom Powder (1 tsp)
- Saffron (pinch, optional)
- Wrappers (whole wheat or almond flour)

Barfi: Blend dates โžก๏ธ Mix with nuts, flour, cardamom, saffron โžก๏ธ Set in tray, chill & slice.

When was the last time you used a jump rope?

Chances are that even your most recent memories are from only your school days. We say you can bring back the same amount of fun by adding skipping rope cardio into your home-workout sessions using jump ropes for physical exercise and cardio you strengthen your lower and upper body.

If you are a beginner at a physical activity or working out, you can slowly start your journey by skipping five minutes a day. Do this for a minimum of 2 to 3 days before increasing the time to 10 minutes and then according to your capacity.
