When was the last time you used a jump rope?

Chances are that even your most recent memories are from only your school days. We say you can bring back the same amount of fun by adding skipping rope cardio into your home-workout sessions using jump ropes for physical exercise and cardio you strengthen your lower and upper body.

If you are a beginner at a physical activity or working out, you can slowly start your journey by skipping five minutes a day. Do this for a minimum of 2 to 3 days before increasing the time to 10 minutes and then according to your capacity.

Diastasis Recti is a condition that occurs in the postpartum period. In this condition, large abdominal muscles separate.

For new moms, it is very important to be aware of such conditions and diagnose them. 😇

To know whether you have Diastasis recti or not, you may follow this test. If you feel a separation in your abdominal muscles, you probably have Diastasis recti.

Hey Moms, welcome to the fourth trimester. In the post-pregnancy period, you have to take care of your health just like you did in the first three trimesters.🤨🙄

You should start gentle exercises as soon as your body allows. You may perform yoga asanas that may help you to increase strength, and flexibility and improves your body shape.😇

🎯Here are some asanas you may perform:

1️⃣Tad asana
👉Gaze straight
👉Relax shoulders
👉Firm thigh muscles
👉Lift your body on the balls of your feet

2️⃣Cat-Camel Exercise
👉Sink back down and lift your head up
👉Make a curve with your spine
👉Breath out at same time
👉Tuck your head and tailbone in
👉Arc your spine
👉Breath in at same time

3️⃣Navasana
👉Lift your chest and legs up
👉Balance your body on the tailbone and 👉Sitting bone
👉Straighten your arms.

4️⃣Setu bandasana
👉Chest up
👉Pelvis lift up
👉Knees in line with hips
👉Palms pressed together

5️⃣Supta matsyendrasana
👉Lye on your back
👉Place right foot on left knee
👉Keep shoulders flat
👉Breath and hold for 6-10 breaths
👉Repeat with another side

-10-15 cycles
