Yes, vegetable juices are healthy but you’ve to be very careful consuming them.
Bitter bottle gourd juice can cause your blood pressure to drop drastically, it can cause severe vomiting, abdominal pain and it can have very lethal effects, impacting your health and survival.
Always taste vegetables, especially cucumber, bottle gourd, spinach, etc and if they seem bitter, discard them and do not consume them.
Always wash your veggies before using them.
A lot of influencers, self-proclaimed nutritionists and quacks recommend juices without much knowledge.Do not take these juices without proper advice as they can harm your body if consumed without proper knowledge and proper preparation.
