Before few days, Our girls had an amazing..energetic..morning with AQUA AEROBICS!💃

The water helps support the belly and relieves pressure from the spine and pelvis while swimming, doing gentle pool aerobics or water walking. 💦

Your Baby may be in Cephalic (head down) position if, 💁🏼‍♀️

• Feel their head low down in your belly

• Feel larger movements of legs — higher up toward your rib cage

• Feel smaller movements of hands or elbows — low down in your pelvis

• Feel hiccups on the lower part of your belly, meaning that their chest is likely lower than their legs

Note: Check this between 30th to 34 week!

I hope this will help some new mamas not panic if they feel like their baby isn’t eating enough.

A newborn’s stomach is small at birth, which is why our breasts make colostrum first. It’s thick, comes in small quantities and is everything your baby needs nutritionally speaking!

But, as your baby gets older and your milk increases in quantity, your baby will want to eat more!

Note that these numbers are averages. Some babies eat more and some eat less! Be sure to consult with your doctor to see if you should be feeding more or less 🥰

The fact is..You can sit cross-legged as long as it feels comfortable. It can help avoid swelling in feet and ankle.
Always sit with roght posture, keeping spine erect. One can avoid sitting in this position in case of varicose veins. ✅

Ghee is needed for absorption of Vitamin A, D, E, K. So moderate amount should be part of your routine diet. But digestive system and reproductive system are different...!! Ghee can not travel directly to cervix, making it soft and lubricated...so more ghee can lead to excessive weight gain not to easier birth.✅

Your just-born baby hasn’t acclimated to the day/night patterns yet. Instead, his very tiny tummy calls all the shots. The constant nutrition the placenta provided kept your little one satisfied in utero. Now, they have to be frequently replenished by your breast milk.

But food isn’t the only reason your baby may be waking up and fussing. They might also wake to be changed, to get warm or cool, or to simply feel close to you.

Setting up unrealistic expectations can lead you to feel isolated and ashamed, wondering if there’s something wrong with your baby—or with you.

So let’s dive in to some of the most common newborn behaviors ⬇️

💤 Nursing to sleep helps your baby’s emotional health by making them feel safe, calm and content. It’s perfect for that little developing brain!
🤱🏼Your baby craves the warmth, comfort and gentle squeeze of being held. It reminds them of that one time in womb. It may seem like the holding will never end, but I promise you it will pass. Independence is a skill that comes with time, not out of the womb.
🥲Some babies cry more than others, and there are many reasons: Hunger, diaper change, tiredness, wanting to cuddle, gas, being too hot/cold, boredom, overstimulation… (the amount babies cry tends to peak around 7 weeks).
👶🏼Newborns wake up… A LOT! And we can apply all the above reasons to the frequent waking as well. Not only is your baby growing rapidly, they depend on you for survival…
🍼Between 0-6 weeks your baby will go through a lot of changes… they will also eat frequently. The most important thing you can do here is be patient, feed on demand, and make sure baby is getting wet/dirty diapers and is content right after nursing. If something feels off… call a doctor!
🫁Your baby’s lung capacity is still increasing and developing so it’s not uncommon to hear unusual noises when they breathe. Newborns often have irregular breathing patterns. They can take long pauses between breaths, breathe fast or make unusual noises. If you are concerned, call your baby’s pediatrician.
