Unmarried girl of 21years of age,came in opd with abdominal pain since 3 days,usg suggestive of large ovarian cyst,just to rule out torsion CT SCAN suggested,but CT suggestive of possibility of Neoplastic growth, Oncosugeon's opinion taken,markers done n decided to do laparotomy with Frozen section of cyst, Laparotomy started along with oncosugeon and from naked eye it appeared to be simple cyst but confirmed with Frozen section,report came negative n cystectomy done and o***y of that side was preserved. Patient discharged successfully after 2 days...
એક ૨૧ વર્ષ ની છોકરી કે જેને ૩ દિવસ થી પેટમાં દુખાવો હતો અને સોનોગ્રાફી માં મોટી ગાઠ આવી હતી, સીટી-સ્કેન કરાવતા કેન્સર ની ગાઠ હોવાની શક્યતા જણાઇ. બધા રિપોર્ટ કરાવ્યા બાદ અને કેન્સર સર્જનની સલાહ બાદ ઓપરેશન કરવામાં આવ્યું, કેન્સર સર્જન સાથે ઓપરેશન શરૂ કર્યા બાદ frozen section રિપોર્ટ નેગેટીવ આવતા ફક્ત ગાઠ કાઢીને એ બાજુનો બીજકોષ બચાવી લેવામાં આવ્યો.

A patient with just 19 years of age with married life of just 3 months came in opd with abdominal pain,on ultrasound examination it was found to be right sided ruptured ectopic pregnancy with hemoperitoneum,Urgent laparoscopic salpingectomy done and patient's life was saved. Accurate diagnosis & prompt treatment can save so much life saving time of the patient.

એક ૧૯ વર્ષનુ દર્દી કે જેના લગ્નને ફક્ત ૩ માસ જ થયા હતા એ ઓપીડીમા પેટ ના દુખાવા સાથે બતાવવા આવ્યું ,તપાસમાં તથા સોનોગ્રાફી કરતાં માલૂમ પડયું કે ગર્ભાશય ની નળીમાં બાળક રોકાઈને નળી ફાટી જતાં પેટમાં લોહીનો ભરાવો થઇ રહ્યો હતો, તાત્કાલિક સારવાર શરૂ કરી તરત દૂરબીનથી ઓપરેશન કરીને દર્દી ને બચાવી લેવામાં આવ્યું કે જેમા દર્દી ના જીવનુ પણ જોખમ હોય છે.
આવો કેસોમાં સચોટ નિદાન અને ત્વરિત સારવાર ખૂબ જરૂરી હોય છે.
