Yesterday patient came for followup

Case Details

63years old male, DM, presented with painless progressive jaundice.

CECT Abdomen -- s/o pancreatic head tumor with dilated pancreatic duct and CBD.

Bilirubin - 16 mg/dl,

No evidence of cholangitis or coagulation abnormality

Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy done

Patient recovered well and discharged on 11th POD

HPE : Well differentiated adenocarcinoma, 4.2cm , 2/16 lymphnodes positive, pT3N1 lesion, all margins free, PNI present
