હેલો એવરીવન હું છું ડોક્ટર ચિંતન ભુવા. આજના વીડિયોમાં આપણે દર્દીઓનો એક સામાન્ય પ્રશ્ન કે મોતિયા અને જામર કે જેને ગ્લોકોમાં પણ કહેવાય છે તો મોતિયા અને ઝામર વચ્ચે શું તફાવત હોય છે. તો આના ઉપર આપણે વાત કરીશું. આ ટોપિક ને સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરીએ તો આપ જોઈ શકો છો કે અહીંયા અમારા કમ્પ્યુટરની સ્ક્રીન પર એક આંખની નોર્મલ ઈમેજ છે. આ ઈમેજમાં સર્વપ્રથમ હું આપને આંખના જે બે ઈમ્પોર્ટન્ટ પાર્ટ છે, સ્ટ્રક્ચર છે એ બતાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરું. સર્વ પ્રથમ હું તમને બતાવું તો જે આ પાર્ટ છે એ આપણો કુદરતી નેત્રમણી છે અને જે આપને આ પીળા રંગનો જે પાર્ટ દેખાઈ રહ્યો છે તે આપણી નજરની નસ છે. આ બંને પાર્ટ આપને બતાવવા માટે એટલે જરૂરી છે કે જે આપણો નેત્રમણી છે કુદરતી નેત્રમણી મોતિયાની તકલીફમાં એ નેત્રમણીની પારદર્શિતા, એ નેત્રમણી એકદમ કાચ જેવો ક્લિયર ના રહેતા તેમાં થોડું જાખપ કે તેમાં થોડું ધૂંધળાપણું આવે છે જેને લીધે મોતિયાની તકલીફ થાય છે એટલે આ આપણો લેન્સ જો થોડો ઝાંખો પડે તો બહારથી આવતા પ્રકાશના કિરણો આ લેન્સ માંથી પસાર ના થઈ શકે તેથી આપણને દેખાવામાં થોડી ઝાંખાપ આવે છે. જ્યારે ઝામર એ આપણે નજરની નસ ની તકલીફ છે, આથી જામર આપણી આ નજરની નસને ડેમેજ કરે છે આથી જામર વાળી વ્યક્તિમાં લેન્સ એકદમ ક્લિયર હોવા છતાં પણ એમને દેખાવામાં તકલીફ આવી શકે છે. તો મિત્રો આજના વીડિયોમાં આપણે મોતિયા અને ઝામર વચ્ચે સૌથી પાયાનો તફાવત શું છે તે વિશે જાણ્યું. મોતીયાની તકલીફ આપણને થાય તો આ લેન્સ કાઢીને, કુદરતી નેત્રમણી કાઢીને આર્ટિફિશિયલ લેન્સનું ઇમ્પ્લાન્ટ કરવું પડે છે અને અગર જો આપને જામરની તકલીફ હોય તો જામરને આગળ વધતો અટકાવવા માટે એના ટીપા નાખવા પડે છે અને જરૂર પડે તો ઓપરેશન પણ કરવું પડે છે.
તો આ હતું મિત્રો મોતિયા અને ઝામર વચ્ચેનો પાયાનો તફાવત. હવે પછી આવનારા વીડિયોમાં આપણે જામરને અને મોતિયા ને વધુ સારી રીતે અને અલગ રીતે સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરીશું. આપને આ મારો વિડીયો સારો લાગ્યો હોય તો લાઈક શેર અને સબસ્ક્રાઇબ કરો. બાય....
