11 month female child from Kenya brought to Yashfeen hospital, Navsari with complaint of drowsiness, not able to feed and continuous vomiting. MRI suggested 4th ventricular brain tumour. Medulloblastoma
Immediately operated for one of the most complicated scenario. Post operative recovery is satisfactory.
Patient discharged with happy face!!
