Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
✅ ½ cup mint leaves
✅ 2 green chilies
✅ 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
✅ Salt to taste
✅ Juice of 1 lemon
✅ 2 tbsp water (adjust for consistency)
Method:
1. Wash and roughly chop the leaves.
2. Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste.
3. Adjust salt and tang as per taste.
Store in an airtight container & refrigerate for 3–4 days.
